Our Holiday Villas are spacious and comfortably modern, with a distinctive South Pacific island feel, featuring every possible facility to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
COOK ISLANDS PROMISE
The Cook Islands Promise is our joint commitment to protect all Cook Islands residents, and international visitors, from the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus widely known as COVID-19.
We encourage pragmatic physical distancing, disinfection and good hygiene measures in all public facilities, venues, and transportion. There is a focus on avoiding direct contact, crowding and unnecessary touching of surfaces. In all of our villas, our focus is on safeguarding our guests and staff by encouraging practical distancing measures.
Pragmatic Physical Distancing: “Common sense social distancing” by keeping a 2-metre distance between our staff and you, our guests. We have open spaces and non-contact settings around our villas. We encourage our visitors to keep within their bubble of close family and friends.
□ Good Hygiene: Remember to wash your hands regularly, cover coughs and sneezes and avoid touching your face. We will provide notices reminding you, our guests of these practices. Masks are encouraged if you have a cough or if physical distancing is not possible.
□ Disinfection: Avoid unnecessary touching of items in stores and follow signage provided as guidelines. We provide sanitisers in all of our villas and encourage regular usage of them.

Tuoro Holiday Villas
Enjoy your holiday in one of our four Tuoro Holiday Villas located in the village of Arorangi in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
All four villas come with 4 spacious bedrooms each with King sized beds, which may be split into singles. Each villa can sleep 8 people in total. Designed with an indoor-outdoor flow, these villas work to bring everyone together under one roof.

Turangi Holiday Villas
Enjoy your holiday in one of our two new villa complexes located on the sea side in the village of Turangi in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
Turangi Holiday Villas are perfect for large families and groups. These villas each sleep up to 8 people, 16 max on the property.
Designed with an indoor-outdoor flow, this comfortable home away from home is ideal for retreats or families. Each villa is fully furnished with all mod-cons and a large shared swimming pool and entertainment area.

Muri Lagoon Villa
Muri Lagoon Villa is a new two-bedroom villa located directly on the famous Muri beach, on the eastern side of the main island of Rarotonga in the beautiful Cook Islands.
The villa is designed with couples or small families in mind and sleeps up to four people only. Guests are welcomed upon arrival with fresh local flowers and cool drinks. A private covered deck only steps from the beach offers sun loungers for relaxing, and the villa has many other amenities.

Blue Lagoon Villa
In the village of Arorangi, on the western side of the main island of Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, Blue Lagoon Villa makes itself available for guests looking for a perfect beach holiday.
We are delighted to share with you this quaint one bedroom villa in Black Rock. As our guests, you will be greeted upon arrival to our villa with fresh, local flowers and cool drinks. Enjoy direct access to the white sandy beach and many other amenities and local attractions.

Blue Lagoon 5-Bedroom Villa
Our brand new fully self-contained 5-bedroom villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to get away on holiday. Located on the western side of the island, less than a minute from the beachfront and approx. 200 metres from popular swimhole Blackrock.
This villa offers guests all the amenities you can expect in your home away from home as well as your very own beachfront sunloungers and picnic table. Enjoy spectacular sunsets views and if you’re lucky enough you may spot migrating humpback whales playing just beyond the reef from July to October.
